This fantastic 5-bedroom home has been newly furnished for the comfort of our guests. With a fully equipped kitchen and themed rooms, this is the perfect place for your vacation. To access the resort, just cross the street! The house also has an exclusive hot tub, a barbecue, and a mini fridge. The property's patio overlooking nature will provide you with unique family moments. In addition to all these benefits, the unit is located just 8 minutes from Disney World!
THE SPACE
The house is wonderful and really comfortable for you and your family. Near to the Disney parks, the house provides a great experience with its decoration and great furniture. We also have Netflix and Peacock on all TVs, so as Roku. We cherish making your stay the best.
CLEANING AND BEDDING
Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional staff before each check-in. Our team of experts prepares all the details before your arrival so you do not have to worry about cleaning or organizing during your stay.
In addition to this, all linens are laundered by a specialist professional laundry after each check-out, providing our guests with clean and sanitized linens, bed sheets, and comforters for the day of their arrival.
GUEST ACCESS
The guest will be able to enjoy the Summerville Resort, with its wonderful views and great location. You can enjoy the amenities with all the family together. The resort provides a beautiful fully-equipped Gym and a huge and modern-shaped pool. Also, it has a high-tech Game-Room with a pool table. We can not forget the Playground for the children as well.

The property is at an exclusive gated resort community in Kissimmee and is ideally placed for all of Orlando’s other attractions.
The property is just 7 minute's drive from Disney World, 16 minutes from Universal Parks, 9 minutes from Magic Kingdom, 15 minutes from SeaWorld, 25 minutes from Amway Center, 42 minutes from Legoland, 19 minutes from Gatorland, and just 13 minutes from Medieval Times. Also, our property is 5 minutes driving from Wawa, 2 minutes from Walmart, 3 minutes from CVS Pharmacy, and other premium establishments, all close to you. The community has excellent on-site facilities.
GETTING AROUND
The parking is free. It stays in front of the property and has several parking spots for the guests. It is not necessary the register at the front gate. You only need to provide the code of the reservation and your ID.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• The heating is an additional service not included in the booking price. It's an additional fee of $65/day, provided upon request.
• In case you want to use the grill, you are welcome to bring your own propane tank or request one to be delivered for a $79 fee.
