Upscale in design, decor & amenities it provides a full panoramic ocean vista from Palmilla Point to Punta Gorda. A blend of Traditional & Contemporary + modern Mexican design and decor - beautiful travertine floors inside & balcony, granite & extensive woodwork is complimented w/ sound & lighting systems throughout. Sound system inside & balcony. Spacious living & dining areas are served by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, cappuccino maker, fridge w/ filtered water + ice, marble gas fireplace + new Sony 60' flat screen HDTV with new Sonos system and surround sound, HD satellite package.
Bedroom Features: Master bedroom with king size bed and luxury beddings and linens. Ensuite with open marble shower and soaking tub. HD flat screen television and DVD, walk in closet with safe and private attached sitting room overlooking the Ocean with access to the terrace. Second master suite provides 2 luxurious queen size beds, private bathroom and shower, walk in closet, television. This suite looks towards Palmilla Point (and beach) with private sitting area on the terrace. Third bedroom has king size bed, a third bathroom with marble shower and access to the Oceanside terrace. All three bedrooms, the living room and dining area, and the kitchen have floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that face the Sea of Cortez. The ‘wrap around’ beachfront terrace offers an incomparable 270 degree view from the fourth floor and enjoys direct sun most of the day. Has Built-in Viking Barbecue on the terrace ideal for outdoor cooking. Dining and entertaining outside and plenty of comfy chairs and lounges for relaxing and enjoying the fantastic view and sound of the ocean!
Stairway and elevator access to heated and unheated swimming pools, hot tub, and fitness room. Great to have 2 pools the heated pool is really warm and comfortable, and the unheated pool is actually really refreshing on those super hot days.
A number of excellent casual and formal restaurants a short walk down the beach. A 10 minutes drive to the quaint centre of San Jose de Cabo for some of the finest culinary experiences in the Baja. World class golfing at Palmilla, Querencia, Cabo del Sol and Puerto Los Cabos is within a few minutes drive. Surfing is a walk down the beach and snorkeling a 10 minute drive. Deep sea fishing charter boats can be chartered at the new Puerto Los Cabos marina a few minutes drive from downtown San Jose. Whale watching can be enjoyed from the terrace and surf casting from the beach in front.

Summary: The owner/manager was easy to communicate with, and the Condo and Complex were perfect for our family and two friends. The unit was well stocked with towels, anything we needed in the kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. We loved watching whales from the expansive wrap around deck, and the pools were wonderful after hours of beach time. The bus stop to take you toward Cabo San Lucas was super convenient, right across the street from the El Zalate entrance. We ventured that way once, and it was enough for us. We found better restaurants, shops, and friendlier people in downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Thursday night was the absolute best! And the beach in front of the condo buildings was fantastic! We could walk for miles, and we all swam when it wasn't too choppy. Our only complaint was constantly finding dirty appliances and utensils from prior renters. We ended up washing all the silverware, the blender, and the pans before use. Everything was slightly sticky or had food remnants, but it wasn't a huge deal. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.
