It has 4 bedrooms to the ground floor, 2 of which are ensuite doubles & 2 twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. The master suite is on the first floor along with the large lounge/dining area, spacious open plan kitchen, separate utility & WC. The extensive first floor terrace has a canopied dining & seating area overlooking the private pool (10mx5m) & the breathtaking panorama of the bay. The pool has a generous stepped entry, infinity style overflow edge & sunbathing patio with sun loungers and a luxurious double day bed. There is an outside shower, changing WC, BBQ, fridge & sink. The property is well illuminated, has private electric gates, long drive & has been designed around the sea views to the front & the dramatic mountain backdrop to the rear. There is also a courtyard at the rear, which takes advantage of the mountain views,with a table tennis table and the area can be illuminated at night. During the period October to April inclusive the heated swim spa can be used. Sunken and perfectly situated in a sunny area, it has jets to swim against for exercise and 3 massage jet seats for relaxation.
