Vila Havel is a unique luxury villa situated in the area of Porto do Mos. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a w/c in the main living area, Vila Havel enjoys an amazing garden with BBQ, several seating areas and sun loungers around the pool, a private pool and a 1st floor covered terrace with dining area. This villa offer's everything for a perfect family holiday in the sun.
You enter the villa into a hallway that leads to all 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, on the left is a double bedroom with patio doors out to the pool, this bedroom has 2 single beds with a king size topper so can be used as a twin or a double room, the room is air-conditioned on the opposite side of the hall is a twin bedroom with a window and a fan, both these bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, the next room along has a double bed and patio doors out to the pool with air-conditioning and and an en-suite shower room, the last bedroom at the end of the hall is the master suite with a king size bed and duel aspect patio doors that lead out to the pool terrace and there's a large en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bath.
Upstairs takes you to the open plan living area with beautiful high ceilings and windows all round letting in an abundance of light, there is a lounge area with 2 sofas and open plan kitchen with an kitchen island and bar over to the dining area with a dining table and 8 chairs. The main patio doors from the room lead out to an amazing covered terrace with a large outside dining table with 8 chairs, this terrace is very large and also has a small sofa and a swing chair fro enjoying a bit of shade during the hot summers days.
Back downstairs to the garden and pool area, this is an amazing family space with a large AstroTurf garden area, covered patio areas with outside sofas and sun loungers surrounding the pool, there is gas BBQ under the covered terrace and a bar area for preparing food and drinks.
The villa is not available to young groups or single gender parties this is exclusive to the family market.

Summary: We had a wonderful week in Villa Havel as a family. The villa was exactly as described and shown on the photographs, it was impeccably clean when we arrived and very well equipped for a large group. The outside space was fabulous with lots of different areas to sit and eat and a great pool. All the staff at Algarve Accommodation we dealt with were lovely, friendly and super efficient which gave us lots of reassurance for our break. There was a useful information pack available with great restaurant recommendations which we used and had wonderful meals although it is definitely advisable to book in advance as August is so busy in Lagos. The beach was a short (15 minute) walk away and was also lovely; we did hire a car which was necessary as other amenities were too far away to walk to. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return at some point! Thank you.
