This elegant modern 4 bedroom detached villa sleeps eight, has plenty of parking, and features a private outdoor swimming pool and a large dining terrace with traditional Portuguese style brick barbecue. Ideal for dining “al-fresco”, or relaxing with friends and family, whilst enjoying those Algarvean hot summer days and warm summer nights!
The villa is ideally situated in the very popular Casas da Audiência, next to the Praia Verde resort, and between the tourist towns of Monte Gordo and Altura. It is close enough for all the local night life, but just far enough away to avoid the summer crowds!
On the ground floor there is a spacious and airy open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the large terrace and BBQ area. There is also a fully equipped and modern style kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Also on the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of these has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have French doors facing the front of the villa. Ria Formosa Natural Reserve: The vast beaches and isles from Faro to Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the vast expanses of dunes and after those a labyrinth of lagoons and small sand isles, mud flats and canals. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered, because the sea penetrates right up to land, forming marches and salt marshes
