Positive: Stunning property and great building facilities. Very spacious apartment and well equipped kitchen.
Negative: The check in process is painful. We contacted the agents for 5 days asking for the instructions and they eventually emailed us the morning of our stay when we were flying and not easily able to log onto their system to provide the information requested. Access to that system required another phone call as they had ignored the international dialling code. Key collection and drop off at the letting company office is unnecessary when the building has a concierge downstairs.
