Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our driveway fits 4 cars. Enter through a combination locked front iron gate to the tight if the driveway. There is a washer & dryer in the foyer along with a bathroom to your right. As you continue, the dining room and kitchen are on your left. The living room is forward with a lovely fireplace and seating for all. Three bedrooms are to your right; a -double bunk bed, a queen bed, a king in the master with it’s own full bathroom.
There is a keypad combination lock at the front door with a personal code uniquely assigned to every guest. As you enter the house, use caution when stepping up or down the step into the main part of the house.
All linens are included. Sheets and towels. There is toilet paper and paper towels supplied for your convenience.
You will have the house to yourself. There is self check-in so there will be no interaction with the host. But don’t be afraid to communicate through the app.
We want you to enjoy your stay, however we ask that you have quiet time from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am to be considerate of the owner and conscientious of our neighbors. We do not allow parties at this property. For any unsanctioned gathering or party, booking will be canceled, and guests will not be allowed further use of the property. If guests tamper with equipment, I.e wi-fi, or Ring cameras, guests trip will be cancelled and will have to leave property, no refunds.
There is no smoking permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside.
We require that if you have a dog at the property, that you do not leave it alone inside when you leave. If you leave the dog home alone inside, it must be crated during your absence. Any damage from the dog will be assessed and a ‘request for money’ will be sent to you through the platform, and payment must be made. Booking of the property confirms that you accept these terms. Guests must immediately alert host to any issues regarding maintenance, cleaning, or request for repair service. Host will not compensate or refund for any issues not reported during stay. Guest must also allow host and/or repairman/technician access to the property to remedy the issue after host has been notified. If guest stays after issue is remedied or addressed, there will be no refund. If guest is unresponsive, host will assume issue has been remedied, and no further action is required.
There is a Feit camera mounted on the front side of the house that sees the entrance gates to the left and right and overlooks the carport area and a small portion of the front driveway. This camera records video and sound 24/7 and has a motion sensor light. A ring camera is on the front of the house overlooking the driveway that records video and sound with movement 24/7. And a Ring doorbell that is to the left of the entrance mounted on the wall. It overlooks the front entryway and gate. This camera monitors everyone entering the gate to the front door and records video and sound 24/7. In the backyard, There is a Feit camera that is mounted to the back of the house on the roof. It overlooks the backyard and records video and sound 24/7.
If guests disconnect Wi-Fi or tamper with cameras in any way, they will have to leave the property, no refunds. If anyone enters the property without permission, through the left side gate to the back of the property on that side, we will ask you to leave. That area is off limits. You may enter the backyard through the sliding glass doors from the living room only. When in the backyard, stay on your side of the fence please.
Trash Collection is on Thursdays. Please have trash cans outside on the curb on Wednesday night. Thank yiu.
Close and lock all doors and windows when leaving. Turn off Air Conditioner or heater and turn to Auto Air. Press your code to lock the front door.
