*** FYI: The Pool opens March 1. Stay in luxury in this Island designed three bedroom two and a half bathroom townhouse. This property is located in The Reserve, which is one of the best south areas on the island and is near shops, restaurants, activities and is about 1.75 miles from the beach and pier areas. The townhome is large and relaxing at approx. 1,850 sq feet, has a very open floor plan and a heated and cooled sunroom. Plus, the pool is right across the street. The furniture is all high end and the kitchen is very large and well stocked so you can cook any meal. There is also a new large stainless steel four burner grill in the back, so if you like grilling steaks, burger, fish or whatever you found the right place. With a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in the other two bedrooms and a queen pull out sofa, this home can sleep up to eight. The master bathroom has a large tiled walk in shower and a super large bathtub for soaking. The second bathroom has a large tiled walk in shower as well. The bedrooms, full bathrooms and the washer and dryer are all located on the second floor. The townhome is also located just across from the pool, which has outdoor showers, plenty of pool chairs and is right on a lake with a fountain. Everything is provided for you to have a wonderful stay as you explore St. Simons Island and enjoy some R and R.
