McKinley Beach Resort:
This is hands down one of the nicest resorts in Kelowna and I’ve visited almost all of them. I have been vacationing up in Kelowna for many years and so when it was time to look at investing in a place in Kelowna, this was one of my first choices.
The resort amenities are top notch with a beautiful beach, dock and basketball/pickle balls courts, outdoor gym equipment etc.
The House:
This is a MASSIVE house at 2000sqft! It is a new build that has been tastefully decorated and new appliances! It is fully furnished and accessorized to be the perfect home away from home. It has a gorgeous kitchen, FREE WIFI/Netflix, Air Conditioning, Washer & Dryer, beautiful floors throughout etc.
The large kitchen has all the modern appliances and conveniences, including a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. It is well equipped with all the dinnerware, cookware, glassware, cutlery and utensils you would need to cook any type of gourmet meal.
Basic spices, oil, vinegars, sugar, coffee/tea, laundry soap, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper are provided for the first few days to get you going.
*Please note that we do not restock during your stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE RE: PETS
- Only dogs are allowed. no other pets are allowed.
- Maximum of 1 dog as per the strata bylaws.
- All dogs must be pre-approved in advance
- Pet fee = $20 per day per pet.
- $250 refundable deposit also required per dog. This will be charged after you book.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or the beds.
- Please clean up after your dogs. If there is dog hair left on the furniture, beds or excessive dog hair left in the house, this will come out of your refundable pet deposit.
The bed arrangements are as follows:
- Master Bedroom #1 = 1x King Bed (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #2 = 1x Double over Double Bunk Bed (Sleeps 4)
- Living Room = Queen Size Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2)
All linens and towels are included.
For Entertainment purposes the townhouse has a total THREE Flatscreen Smart TVs (internet enabled) TVs in every room.
A large patio extends off of the living area with a peaceful surrounding of trees and amazing views all the way down Okanagan Lake. There is an outdoor patio set that is the perfect spot for outdoor dining, as well as a gas BBQ, so it’s always ready to grill.
This unit is great for families (multiple) with children, a group of friends, 2 couples who are travelling together or for business travellers (as the Delta Grand Convention Centre & Prospera Centre is about a 15 min drive away).
