You have access to the beach (the new ramp is up and operating) , three swimming pools, four jacuzzis and a tennis court. There is a fully equipped workout room where you can exercise with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo not only as a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, but also has satellite TV, sound system, WiFi and telephone systems for both U.S. and Mexico, and reverse osmosis water system in kitchen and both bathrooms. A full washer and dryer is available. There is a king sized bed in each bedroom with full ocean view. The property has a gated 24-hour security guard with a covered parking lot and additional safety because an elevator key FOB is required for floor access. Restaurants are within walking distance and shopping areas close by. Summer Rates $190.00 per night, 2 night min stay, Mar 1 to Sept 30 Winter Rates $175.00 per night, 2 night min stay, Oct 1 to Feb 29 We offer a 10% discount for 7 or more nights. Longer term discounts may apply. Under some certain special circumstances children under the age of 8 may be allowed with an additional $200.00 refundable damage deposit. The decision is made on a case by case basis.
