Summary: This could be an amazing property. However, it was in disrepair, the large rooftop patio (prominent feature and key attraction) was filthy and in disarray, a portion of the patio was flooded because a hose was left running, the patio furniture either had sections missing, were in disrepair, or filthy. The place looked like a party house. Multiple attempts to communicate with management went unheeded. On top of everything else, a major construction project, that was not disclosed, was going on just outside our bedroom window where activity began at 6:00 am. We had to leave for the day early because of the intolerable noise. We had high expectations for this property and were really looking forward to staying there. We traveled extensively for 5 weeks and stayed in a number of places where we were totally satisfied. This was our splurge at the end of our trip, and it was deeply disappointing. I wish there was a way to attach photos, because I have plenty and would. Although a very cool property if properly managed and maintained, the management should be fired. We're insulted that we had to pay a cleaning fee. What a joke! At the very least, we would like our cleaning fee returned because we left the property in better shape than when we arrived.
