Inside, however, you will find modern, high-end fixtures, brand-new plumbing and electric; high-speed internet; ample outlets; and large closets: all the amenities you've come to expect in luxury hotels.
Sleeps 1-3 comfortably, with plenty of closet space and a full bath with tub/shower combo. Choose from 2 twin pillow top beds that can be combined for 1 king, with prior notice. A plush chair bed folds to one full-length twin bed for a third adult or child.

Summary: This listing is somewhat misleading. It’s not comparable to a luxury hotel- it’s a room in a home. The room was configured for two single beds- not exactly romantic, as the listing suggests- and the owner did not proactively communicate before our arrival.... except to warn us that we’d be charged extra if we used any of the other rooms in the house. Again, not a quality of a boutique hotel. The neighborhood is great, and the room itself was clean and very comfortable- but considering the price per night, and the exorbitant fees, luxury is nothing close to what you’ll find here.
