Welcome to Villa Mariposa.. our home and holiday villa in sunny Spain.
Located in Portichol close to one of the most popular Mirardors, a quiet and idyllic area nestled in the gorgeous town of Javea (Xabia) on the northern Costa Blanca , our Villa has classic Spanish charm and has been reformed from top to bottom.
Our spacious villa is detached and is situated in a private plot overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It has a large double terrace with its own newly reformed swimming pool and a large Pergola and Barbecue area which is perfect for those alfresco dining evenings, you can enjoy views of both Sea and Mountains whilst you relax outside. Inside the Villa, you'll find ample space for two families, with three double bedrooms, a lounge area and family bathroom downstairs, a staircase leading up to the family kitchen, two additional bedrooms and the main lounge.
The naya (Covered Terrace) area enjoys a large dining space with a place to sit and enjoy a few glasses of sangria as the sun goes down, or you can just chill out and unwind.
You can take a lazy breakfast on the kitchen terrace whilst overlooking the rolling landscape of Javea and taking in the gorgeous mountain and sea views.
Our villa is just a short walk to two local beaches, “Sardinera” and “La Barraca”, both loved by locals, “La Barraca” has a beautiful ambient beachfront restaurant. If you prefer to go into Javea, then Javea's Old Town with it markets and pretty cobbled streets, is just a few minutes away by car. If you're more of a sun worshipper or a beach lover, Javea has you covered, as the sandy Arenal beach is just six minutes away. The beach is perfect for the family, has several lifeguards during summer season, and boasts plenty of space. The sea is shallow and calm, perfect for younger children, you’ll also find excellent restaurants and bars that offer an array of different dining experiences and cuisines.

Villa Mariposa is our family home, our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is a wash room available with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge area is equipped with a TV and a Blu-Ray/DVD player and British Sky TV and Orange TV.
