The location is ideal - right on Medano Beach, the safest and most popular swimming beach in all of Los Cabos. Swim in the Sea of Cortez or one of three pools available for our guests.
All villas are designed to be your own private hideaway – a wonderful option for families as well as couples seeking a romantic rendezvous. Your home away from home has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized beds in second bedroom, desk area, master Bath with jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, and make-up area. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, spacious living room with overstuffed chairs and pull-out sofa bed, and terrace with furniture. The living rooms and all bedrooms open onto spacious patios with panoramic views of the pool and/or Medano Beach, the Sea of Cortez, and the famous Land's End.
Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa provides a swim-up bar, a poolside bar, and a grocery/convenience store. With amenities like a white sand beach and sun loungers, this resort is the perfect place to soak up the sun. Treat yourself to a facial, a body treatment, or a body scrub at the onsite spa.
