Villa Blanco 30A is completely remodeled and is the perfect home for families wanting a luxurious beach vacation. The home is located in a Mediterranean style private gated community along the Beaches of South Walton's 30A in Dune Allen Beach . It’s a mere 150 steps to the sugary white beach from the home’s front door and even fewer steps to the community pool with cabanas, private restrooms, showers and plenty of seating. Villa Blanca 30A is bathed in light with a spectacular winding staircase joining all three floors of the home. This home offers a luxurious master suite on the 2nd floor of the home with new furnishings and bedding. The adjoining master bath has a luxurious shower and soaking tub with marble finishes. Take the beautiful winding stairs to the third floor for ocean views from another stunning bedroom with elegant furnishings and adjoining remodeled bathroom. On the first floor are the other two bedrooms--one with a king comfy pillow top bed and the other bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own newly remodeled bathroom. Partial views of the emerald green waters and beach from the home’s open concept living area on the second floor beckon guests to the outdoor screened porch with dining table, sofa and chairs. The living room also has a 60” flat screen TV for watching the occasional sporting event or favorite movie. The new gourmet kitchen with 48" gas double oven range is well equipped with everything for cooking and preparing meals. There are TV’s and DVD players in all the bedrooms. Take advantage of the home's proximity to shopping and restaurants by walking or biking to Gulf Place which is just 5 blocks from the home and has several restaurants including La Playa and the Perfect Pig and boutique stores such as SoHo and the 30A store as well as a coffee shop and other retail. Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. This is a non smoking community and smoking is strictly forbidden in the home, at the pool and on the beach. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
