It is conveniently located, just a short drive to many local venues, shopping, sightseeing and of course Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, Manitou Springs and much more.
The main level consists of the Living Room in the round, with a stone gas fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. The fully equipped kitchen features double ovens and stainless steel appliances,. The deck off the kitchen has a gas BBQ grill and patio table for outdoor dining, while taking in the beautiful views. Large Master Bedroom, with gorgeous views, also opens onto deck. Relax in a free standing bathtub, separate shower, double vanity, in 5 piece spa-like Master Bath.
A perfect way to end a full day of fun is on the expansive lower level, which includes a Huge Great room with stone gas fireplace, full size pool table, Wii gaming systems, wet bar and game table with games galore.
