It is centrally located near Minute Maid Park, the Convention Center, NRG, Toyota Center, the Galleria, and the Medical Center. It is an outstanding location to spend time with family and friends or for a business trip. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, Washer & Dryer, and a Fully equipped kitchen.

The townhouse offers an open-concept kitchen and living space that makes entertaining easy. The natural lighting makes this space warm and cozy. The living space provides a comfortable sectional where you and your family will enjoy lodging and watching multiple streaming services on the 70” TV. On cold days, the living space has an electric fireplace that will make this space memorable.
Brace yourself for the glorious chandelier that hangs above the spacious dining table that is equipped to sit up to 6 guests. Right behind the dining area, you will find a charming bar area with 3 comfortable bar stools. This space can also be easily used as a workspace or simply for entertainment and drinks.
The kitchen is spacious for large gatherings and easy mobility. It offers stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and stovetop. It provides Cuisinart pots & pans, a Keurig machine with K cups, and all the accessories to completely prepare the meal of your choice.
