Our deluxe condo is conveniently located in front of El Malecon (boardwalk), midway between the culturally rich Historic Old Mazatlan (Centro Historico) and the excitement of the Golden Zone (Hotel zone). The unique 10 KM boardwalk makes it great for walks and jogging along the ocean.
TORRE VUE 1200 was built in 2008 with ten privately owned condos with a pool and fitness area on the rooftop. A unique feature is that there's only one condo per floor. Our 9th floor unit has a keyed elevator that opens directly into the condo. Our building is very quiet and relaxing. If you don't like crowds, this is for you!
Our spacious 2,300 sq. ft. condo has an outstanding floor plan with a contemporary style and high ceilings. It has 48 ft. of floor to ceiling glass frontage to admire the amazing view of the ocean and the spectacular sunsets.
Our decorated condo is fully furnished with quality furniture and accessories. Each bedroom has a superior quality king bed with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a marble walk-in shower and double sinks. The 2nd washroom has a tub and shower with ocean view. Our condo is perfect for three couples because all bedrooms have king beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and many small appliances with all the comforts of home. The onyx dining room table serves 6 people comfortably. The living room has a 50 in. flat screen TV with Canadian cable .
In front of the main open area is a 475 sq. ft. balcony which is unique and one of a kind in Mazatlan. The huge covered balcony has a built in large gas grill to bbq and a stone counter with sink. The balcony has the most amazing view of Mazatlan Bay. The large balcony has new patio furniture for relaxing to eating outside.
