This is a rare ground floor level unit without stairs; it is an easy walk from the covered carport to the front door and is located in a private, quiet cul-de-sac. The Ridge at Kapalua is considered one of Maui’s best kept properties with an abundance of lush tropical landscaping, two pools with BBQ areas and is minutes from Kapalua Coastal Trail head. The resort features two golf courses, 3 white sand beaches, including the “Best Beach,” Kapalua Bay Beach, over 100 miles of hiking trails, 10 tennis courts, 12 world class restaurants, shops, Zip Lines, door to door free shuttle service, and 24 hour resort security.
The master bedroom includes a very comfortable king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 equally comfortable queen beds. Both bedrooms have ocean views, their own private lanai, and a full bathroom. There are TVs in both bedrooms and in the living room, along with a DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed and equipped for making gourmet meals at home. There is a third bathroom with a washer and dryer. Parking and free Wi-Fi are included. This spacious villa is minutes away from a main shopping center and popular restaurants.
