The main living area is designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and wrap-around decks showcasing breathtaking mountain scenery. A bright sunroom doubles as an office, ideal for remote work while enjoying alpine views.
The three bedrooms offer comfort and privacy. Primary Suite: King bed, private deck access, flat-screen TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom renovated in fall 2024 with a jacuzzi tub, bidet, and double vanity. Second Bedroom: Queen bed, soaring ceilings, and en-suite bathroom updated in summer 2025 with a soaking tub and dual vanity. Third Bedroom: Cozy bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests, with ample storage.
Thoughtful amenities include free WiFi, cable TV, and access to a shared outdoor hot tub—ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. Parking includes one covered and one uncovered space, with convenient on-site trash and recycling. Please note: The condo is located two flights of stairs down from the parking area, with no elevator access. It is not ADA accessible and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

This property is located three floors down on a hillside, and on the second floor of a unit. It requires stairs to enter. There is no elevator.
