This part is full of natural light entering through the glass walls facing south. The terrace offers a beautiful lounge area with sunbeds by the pool, an outdoor dining table, and a grill, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining in the hot summer days and evenings. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and sea view is set on the ground floor and an additional guest toilet.
