The 4,092 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms & a 3rd floor loft. The Master Suite has a 5 piece bathroom and a fireplace. Our home has room to sleep 12 people comfortably. The large great room on the main level provides ample space for both indoor and outdoor entertaining and is open to the gourmet kitchen and dining room. The main level deck provides perfect opportunities for outdoor dining and grilling and the lower level covered patio and fire pit allows for relaxing enjoyment. In addition, the main level has a laundry room/mud room, the upstairs loft with a panoramic view of the Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons mountains contains a desk, TV view area along with a private full bathroom. The lower level is ideal for family fun and includes a Recreation Room, Bar area, two additional Guest bedrooms (both with full private baths), a Bunk Room with a full bath and a large covered patio that leads to the outdoor fire pit. The entertainment system is modern and includes four TVs with free cable service and wireless internet. Ideally located, the cabin is just steps from the Club's Main Clubhouse and Shed facility providing many amenities, including the world championship Pete Dye Canyon Golf clubhouse. One of a handful of Golf Club Cabins clustered around the heart of the property, it is easy to walk to the Spa for a treatment, to 'The Shed' for a milkshake, watching a movie in the private theater, or bowling and basketball game, to the Aquatic Center for a swim, the Jacuzzi to relax or work out in the Fitness Center or play at the Tennis Center. You can also ice skating during the winter at the Ranch Club complex. Enjoy the Beach Club during the summer or the tubing hill with the magic carpet during the winter. Located nearby on the 7,000 acre gated property are the world championship Jack Nicklaus Golf Courses, the 'Outfitters Cabin' where you can access gear for fishing, hiking, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, a fishing lake, miles of walking and biking trails and an Equestrian Center. Security and fire alarm system included. Housekeeping services and security deposit required. No pets or smoking at any time. The security deposit is fully forfeited for violation of pet or smoking rules. The HomeAway/VRBO Company charges a service fee to all rentals. We, as the owners, do not receive any benefit or a portion of this fee. A notice of this fee is provided to you when you inquire about a reservation on our home. NOTE: There are 4 outdoor cameras (Front Door, Garage, Deck & Patio [lower level]) on this property. NOTE: The property has been put on the market to sell. We will be encouraging the Buyer to continue with VRBO but there is no guarantee the Buyer will continue with VRBO or honor the rates we used. NOTE: The use of the Promontory Club's facilities is subject to rules and regulations and certain blackout dates, such as President's Week (2/15-22/2020), 4th of July Week (6/30/2020-7/11/2020) and Christmas - New Years (12/19/2020-1/3/2021). Separate day use charges also apply for Club access and guest green fees. The Club charges a facilities/amenities access fee of $50 per day/$150 per week for adults and $20/$75 for children (12 & under) which are paid directly to the Club.
