Its southern exposure ensures plenty of sunshine and the lanai is perfect for outdoor dining!
The BBQ grills, pool and tennis courts are all closely available for your enjoyment. In the event the usual refreshing trade winds die down, you’ll sleep comfortably with our bedroom A/C unit. We’ve also added a lanai fan over the patio table along with some ambient rope lighting.
The condo renovation features granite kitchen and bathroom counters, travertine tile floors, cherry cabinetry, three upgraded fans, lighting, sinks, and fixtures, large flat screen TV in both living room and bedroom. Living room TV wall mount makes it visible from kitchen and dining areas as well.
