From the terrace, you will have a magnificent view of the mountains of the south of Mauritius and to the west on a corner of the sea towards which you will admire the sunsets while relaxing in the jet pool, perhaps after having made a passage in the sauna. Then, you will dine under the starry sky, before moving into the large comfortable and perfectly ventilated living room. You will fall asleep peacefully in one of the three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Quiet area, a little higher up. Beautiful completely unobstructed view from the terrace on the mountains to the south and the sea to the west; magnificent sunsets can be observed from the terrace.

Comfortable wooden interior staircase for access to the living room and terrace located on the third and last floor of the building, but making this apartment unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.
South-west facing terrace of 35 m2 equipped with a small pool with massage jets (6 m2) which is heated during the southern winter, a 2-person infrared sauna, a gas barbecue, a table, 4 chairs, 2 armchairs and 2 deckchairs.
The living room opens onto the terrace through a large bay window and has a small balcony to the east (ideal for drying laundry in the morning sun) and 2 windows on the east and south sides; it is therefore perfectly ventilated.
The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, an American fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The small household appliances, cookware and crockery are complete for 6 people.
The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs opposite the open kitchen. The lounge area of this room is equipped with two sofas, an armchair, two coffee tables, a TV and a desk with a computer.
