Welcome to our luxurious oceanfront condo with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths and over 2100 square feet. The oversized picture windows look out at the sand and surf. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and sunset over the Halifax River in the evenings. Elegantly decorated with comfort in mind. This beautiful condo is located in a secure building with secure and reserved parking. It’s just the place for your beach get-a-way. During February - April, we rent by full months only.
The living/dining room has sliding doors leading to the balcony which is furnished with custom made seating to match the interior decor. The living room has a 55" flat screen HD TV and a power recliner to nap in.
The full kitchen has Corian countertops, full size appliances, with a refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender, griddle, waffle iron, mixer & crock pot. An abundance of dishware, cookware and utensils fill the kitchen cabinets.
The breakfast room is furnished with small table and chairs as well as a flat screen TV.
The oceanfront Master Suite has a king bed, 46” flat screen TV and sliding doors leading to the balcony. There's even a recliner! The master bath offers plenty of room with a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a big corner soaking tub. The extra-large vanity has dual sinks. Just off the bathroom is the walk-in closet and linen closet.
A spacious Junior Suite has a queen bed, 40” flat screen TV, dresser and side chair, as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The 3rd suite also has a queen size bed, a 40" flat screen TV, side chair and direct access to the 3rd bathroom.
All linens are included with high thread-count sheets and towels. The laundry room is complete with a full-size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.
Just bring your swimwear - everything else needed for the beach is here, including 6 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, beach towels, floats, cooler, boogie boards, sand toys and more.
This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and a telephone with free long-distance within the continental United States and Canada. There’s also a small desk and a printer to print boarding passes.
For our guests, we provide dish detergent and pods, full bars of Dove Soap, paper towels, trash bags, a small supply of toilet tissue and all laundry supplies.
Assigned parking is provided in the gated parking garage at no extra charge. Additional parking for a 2nd vehicle is available in the outdoor parking lot.
DiMucci Twin Towers has 2 oceanfront swimming pools and 2 hot tubs. The pool deck is gated with direct access to the beach. Inside the building is a community pool table and fitness room.
DiMucci Twin Towers is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants, miniature golf, and a mini-mart. All Daytona Beach attractions are within 15 minutes and the historical light house is only 10 minutes away.
