Nestled in this cozy cul-de-sac, the newly updated Round Rock Cove offers a spacious getaway where the whole family can relax. Walking distance to parks and trails, this 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home offers a peaceful stay in the greater Austin area. The space
The Four Bedrooms (4)
The house has four bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and big screen TV, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a twin daybed/trundle and workstation.
The Two and a Half Baths (2 1/2)
The master bathroom has a bath/shower/tub with two sinks and toilet. The other bathroom upstairs has a sink, toilet and shower/tub. The 1/2 bath is downstairs and has a sink and toilet.
The Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, mini fridge, microwave, stove, gas oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer and utensils.
The Living/Dining Area
We have a dining table that can seat 4 along with two countertop stools for dining. The living area has a full size sectional couch along with two wingback chars and a TV.
The Laundry
We have a full size washer and dryer freely available for use.
The Patio
We have an outdoor covered patio with seating for four with an outdoor TV and gas grill. We also have two loungers by the pool and another seating area that can seat four on the lawn.
The Pool
We have a big 40 foot long x 15 foot pool that is 10 feet deep with a diving board (no diving allowed).
Guest access
The home is accessed via a keypad. Code will be provided before check in.
Other things to note
The home has a large pool, 8 feet in depth with a diving board (no diving allowed) so it's important guests know how to swim (there is no specific pool fence - just the fenced yard) and accept all liability.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming area and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the swimming pool. All VRBO/Homeaway Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO/Homeaway Guests and VRBO/Homeaway Host.
We also do allow house trained pets (our backyard is fully fenced) for a one-time $50 additional pet cleaning fee.
