Located in the heart of IOP on Front Beach. Walking distance from shopping, dining, live entertainment, and grocery store. Only 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston.
This condo features crisp white cabinetry, quartz countertops, designer tile backsplash, Bosch refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, and stainless-steel appliances in a well-equipped kitchen. Dining table has seating for six with three additional stools at the kitchen island. The living room offers beautiful furnishings including a comfortable sectional, 2 rattan chairs, HDTV, and access to a private covered porch. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a large sitting area with a desk and lounging chair, HDTV, access to a private covered porch and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The second private bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, and an ensuite with a tub/shower and stackable washer/dryer accessible from the bedroom and hallway. The third bedroom offers pyramid bunk beds (queen on bottom, twin xl on top, and twin trundle), HDTV, and accesses the bathroom with a walk-in shower from the hallway. Wi-Fi included. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets.
An easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant, and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (1.3 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street.
