The chalet itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout. Every detail, from the cozy interior to the well-stocked amenities, was taken care of with great attention. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional care and accommodation provided for my mom, who has mobility challenges. Johnathan was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up perfectly for her. They made sure the entrance was cleared of snow and ice, making it safe and easy for my mom to access the chalet. The entire property was prepared with her needs in mind, and Johnathan was always available to offer assistance. It was clear that they truly cared about her comfort and enjoyment, which made our stay even more special. This chalet provided not just a stunning getaway but an overall great experience. I can't recommend it enough, especially for those traveling with loved ones who may have special needs.
