Located in the upscale residential community of Cave Rock Estates, our home is an ideal setting for family vacations, gatherings of multiple couples/friends, or small company retreats in beautiful Lake Tahoe. We are happy to open our second home to those who are respectful of others' property. Accordingly, it is not to be used for any events including parties of any kind. If you are having a Bachelor Party in Lake Tahoe, there is a wide selection of other homes to choose from in the area. While there is a strict maximum of 14 guests allowed in the house at any time, the home can comfortably accommodate 5 couples and an additional 4 children (or more children with fewer couples). Cancellations that occur within 60 days of check-in will forfeit 100% of the total rent including tax and fees, less the security/damage deposit.
