A luxurious and spacious home with beautiful furnishings located lakefront on Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob! This 4-bedroom 2-bath home provides the perfect retreat with all the amenities of home. Ideal for a families, couples retreat, or a corporate gathering.
Enjoy a completely remodeled and very unique home that offers all new high-end furnishings, stainless steel appliances, open kitchen/living room, two extra indoor living areas, covered deck, outdoor fire pit with comfortable seating, a huge covered outdoor living area, lakefront, and walk to water!
Main Level:
Walk into the front door to discover an open kitchen, dining, and living room great for entertaining. Also on the main level is two bedrooms, each with a king size beds, as well as a bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Washer and dryer also on main level. Doors off the back open to a covered outdoor living/grilling area with an abundance of seating. Grills include a Large Green Egg and a Blackstone Griddle.
Walkout Basement:
Journey down the stairs to find two large living areas with lots of seating including a pullout sofa. One bedroom downstairs with a king bed and small desk workstation. The other bedroom is a bunk room with two twin beds, and two bunk beds (full size on bottom & twin size on top bunk). One bathroom with a walk in shower. Walk out the back doors to another outdoor living area with fire pit and outdoor seating for several people. Also downstairs is a blowup mattress available for guest use. Bring your ping pong skills as we have a new ping pong table!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the Shell Knob bridge. We are near two fantastic marinas! Kings River Marina is an 8 minute drive (3 miles). Campbell Point Marina is a 14 minute drive (8 miles) and just around the corner from the house by boat! Both marinas have boat rentals. In addition to the boat rentals Campbell Point Marina also has equipment rentals including tubes, skis, wakeboards, kneeboards, party pads, lifejackets, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Please call either of these two marinas for pricing and availability.
Want to bring your own boat? No Problem! Campbell Point Marina also has nightly slip rentals for those that plan to bring their own boat! Book these soon as reservations tend to fill up fast.
Looking for other nearby activities? Check out Dogwood Canyon Nature Park just 19 minutes away or take a scenic 40 minute drive to Top of the Rock at Big Cedar! Looking for a thrill? Silver Dollar City amusement park is about 45 minutes away. See what all Branson has to offer including shopping, dining, and shows all less than an hour drive!
Around town:
Harter House grocery store, Dollar General, Submarina, Steak Inn Steakhouse and several other great restaurants within a 5 minute drive!
What we provide:
We furnish dishes, silverware, drink ware, appliances, kitchen towels, bed linens and bath towels. We also supply a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bath and hand soap, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent. Please bring extra supplies for a large group, together with your own additional beach towels, personal toiletries, camera, fishing rods, floaties and sunscreen. We also provide starter firewood for the fire pit. Wireless internet and streaming services including YouTube TV on large flat panel TVs throughout the house.
NO PETS allowed. No bachelor/bachelorette parties unless disclosed & approved prior to reserving.
