Summary: I was able to put the girls in their stroller and walk a couple of blocks to get coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I strolled them much further, to the fort, for several hours from this house if youre up for it. Lots of homeless in St Augustine so keep an eye out for them, theyre everywhere. Tvs were helpful for the kids. Plenty of room for 2 adults, 3 kids. We all used the only bathroom on the second floor. The main floor has one but its behind the kitchen and we never used it. The back deck, outside furntiure and driveway inside the yard was black from mold and was probably due for a pressure washing so we only went out there once. Enough parking in front of the house for my Yukon albeit tight and my husbands big work truck. Convenience to town was the nicest feature for me since I do not like to drive on my vacations.
