This property can sleep up to 25 with the additional attached Bonus Room or you can just book the 6BR/5BA main house that sleeps 20. The Bonus Room adds 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunkbeds (twin over twin) and 2 full bathrooms. THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE INSTANT QUOTE IS BASED ON THE 6BR/5BA. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BONUS ROOM. The Bonus Room will be quoted upon request or more than 20 guests.

The back yard offers private pool & Spa, Pool screen enclosure, outdoor half bath, Professional Pickleball Court, soccer goal, horseshoes, tetherball and basketball goal. This property also offers a large gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating and outside granite table for grilling preparation with a sink. Plenty of activities for everyone of all ages!! The pool can heated for an additional charge for your stay. Ask at booking!
This booking is for 6 bedrooms with 5.5 baths. You can add the Bonus Room for an additional fee. The Bonus Room adds sleeping for 6 guest and two full baths. Inquire before booking to add the Bonus Room.
