The exterior of the sun room is constructed of glass doors which can be opened and stacked to facilitate an open air porch. The sun room is comfortably furnished with a leather sofa and large outdoor dining table and chairs. It also has a wall mounted, large screen TV and ceiling fans. 2 Outdoor furnished patios flank the sun room on either side. The patios have one (charcoal grill) and outdoor table and chairs.
The open concept living area has a gas fireplace, wood floors, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and an elegant chandelier. It has a 55" Smart TV with surround sound. It is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, upholstered arm chairs, a small dining table and bar stools.
