This property is a dream - winner "Master Builder Excellence Award" in 2009 & has been kept immaculate since. You can see the water from the living area and within a few seconds walk you can be standing on the sand! 3 king size bedrooms and 2 oversized bathroom, with a 3rd powder room and then that living space - North facing and filled with light from a wall of stacked glass sliding doors & on to your own curved stone ocean view terrance - Within steps of the best swimming bay in Dunsborough - crystal clear waters, a few rocky outcrops perfect for snorkelling, rock hopping or searching for natural treasures with the little ones. Old-Dunsborough bay is currently one of the few SW beaches with a purpose built shark-net in place over the summer months - which has now become the perfect place to swim laps along the length of the net (+-200m)
Old-Dunsborough is an absolute gem of a beach, grassed foreshore with many Peppy trees and picnic benches, free to use BBQ's and a children's playground. The Old-Dunsborough boat ramp and jetty is on the North side of the bay and a walk/cycle path travels for kilometres in either direction along the bay towards Meelup and Quindalup. A local coffee van most mornings is parked near the boat ramp and various food trucks a few nights per week also.
