Summary: Nice, clean condo, within walkable distance of Quebec city center. Perfect for a short stay. Grocery store and bakery/coffee shop conveniently located nearby. Parking located behind building was a big plus. Plan to bring quarters if you want to use washer and dryer. Jean-Rene was very supportive and responsive.
