2 Bedroom Apartment in Nazareth, St. Thomas

I have sold this property but the new owner, Teresa, is renting it on a separate Vrbo listing. That listing number is Vrbo #9477360ha and the heading is "New! Charming Beachfront condo w Cowpet Bay View!". So please check out their listing. I am still own two 3 bedrooms condos noted in the next paragraph. Enjoy our beautifully renovated, quiet top floor, 1,450 sq. ft. two bedroom, three full bath, non-smoking condominium at the Wyndham Elysian Beach Resort overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay (also see our three bedroom condos, VRBO #76523 or HomeAway #248170 and VRBO #837004 or HomeAway #837004vb, at the same resort). Just up 8 steps to this quiet top floor condo which has all the features that you would want in a vacation condo as we stay there several weeks per year. The living area has a sectional sofa, a large TV, a DVD/CD player and wireless internet service. It has a covered balcony with table, chairs, chaise lounge and Weber electric BBQ grill. The dining area has a table that seats six. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigertor, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), granite countertop, and an eating bar with four chairs. Note: For your information, the resort is still recovering from the 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Most of the work remaining consists of renovating the interiors of other (not ours) condos at the resort. Because of these ongoing renovations you will see and at times hear some construction activities on the property until the end of 2020. There is one bedroom on the main floor with a king bed. The second bedroom is in a loft setting with a king bed and a twin bed in an adjoining alcove. Also available is a Pak-N-Play. The bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, individual quiet split air conditioning units, ceiling fans, TV’s, dressers and closets. Each bedroom has a private bath with sink (two sinks in master) and shower. There is also an extra full bath with a combination tub/shower. Both have private balconies with views of Cowpet Bay. The loft balcony is over-sized (14’x20’) and is perfect for enjoying the views, socializing, sunbathing and star gazing. It only takes 2 to 3 minutes to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a beach bar (currently closed) and two great restaurants, Caribbean Fish Market, serving lunch and dinner and Sangria's (currently closed) serving breakfast and sandwiches and pizza for lunch and dinner. On site we have a tennis court, exercise room (currently closed), health/beauty/massage spa (currently closed) and water-sport rentals (currently closed). In the nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a dozen restaurants, a grocery store, gift and specialty shops, and a large marina. All of this is within a mile and a half of our condominium.
