Situated in Big Bear's most desirable location, this expansive estate is sure to please your large groups. Built in 2006, this 5200 square foot custom home features a state of the art kitchen(plus adjoining butler's kitchen), a formal dining room, step down living room, and upgraded features throughout the house. The living room has plenty of seating along with huge floor to ceiling windows looking directly at Bear Mountain ski resort. The property features 2 huge master suites with Cal king beds and deck access. Incredible Lake and Mountain views are captured from the the master suites and adjoining bathrooms.
Each master suite also has a fireplace. New furniture is set to be delivered to the house May 1st and this will include both master bedroom sets! The property features a first floor apartment(6th bedroom) that has a kitchenette, fireplace, and it's own living room. This is a perfect set-up for parents with young kids who would like their own space. For entertainment, the home comes with a pool table, poker table(in the loft), and a new hot tub outside in the extensive decking. We also provide a ping pong table in garage for use during the warmer months. There are flat screen televisions hooked up to cable TV in all of the bedrooms. Wireless internet and free phone use also come with the house. Max Occupancy 14 adults, + 2 kids for 16 total.

Summary: The house was lovely and spacious. Very nice kitchen, lots of fireplaces and plenty of bathrooms. Lots of living and hanging out space. The views are awesome. But the house could do with some TLC. Plugs by the sink in two of the bathrooms do not work at all. The shower in the upstairs master bath drains so slowly that it forms a pool while you shower. There are bad drafts from both the front and back door--gaps at the top and bottom of both doors. The leg of one of the beds in one of the upstairs bedrooms broke when we touched the bed--no one sat on it or laid down on it...it just broke.
