Summary: First of all our stay was great, our family trip was awesome. However specifically about the apartment some opportunities areas to review.Access to the building is by an app that each person has to have. Make sure you have battery at the end of the day!Access is 2 floors by stairs, arriving with lots of luggage might be an issueRegarding the apartment;We’ve been warned that the downstairs neighbor was not happy with noises, so we must take of our shoes once we arrive. But the issue is that the wooden floor is too old and cracks with every step you make. Also, chairs has metal legs and every time you move the chair the floor makes noises.Heating during winter is necessary, and one of the rooms’ wasn’t working, so manager have to supply electric heaters.Maybe a second bathroom is needed when you are a large party (being the apartment for 8 people max)Neighborhood is fine but at night a bit dark.Thanks!
