Positive: Its spacious with 3 bed rooms
Negative: Location is in middle of the desert, i think property was not used for long time so it was smelly with moisture content. Not recommend for long stay as there is no cleaning service also there is no material like dish washer, floor cleaning liquid to clean the house. For each cleaning they request 100AED. There no private pool as someone commented, i think its fabricated. Villa need pest control as there are cockroaches in the kitchen. Coffee machine too dirty, cant even think to use it. There is tea, coffee available. Very limited kitchen utensils.
Summary: No recommend if you dont have your own car.
