5 Bedroom Condo in Panama City Beach

This HUGE (+/- 1780 sf) newly renovated condo features an oversized living room along with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths including a large Beachfront Master with Private Balcony! There is also a bunk alcove and sleeper sofa for the kids (sleeps 10+ comfortably). PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT LARGER GROUPS!
Emerald Beach is a fully staffed resort with plenty of family activities staffed by Wyndham. We love Emerald Beach because of its central location, onsite Starbucks, fully staffed "SkyBar" Cocktail Lounge, evening entertainment, ice cream shop, gym, sauna, separate kids (zero entry) and adult pools, tiki bar, outdoor play area with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, chess, and much more! Also, 2 Chairs and Umbrella are reserved on beach for your entire stay during March to October.
This unit has wide doors and grab bars making it a fully accessible. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a full private bath while a half bath is located in the hall. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, and wi-fi. Two enormous private balconies overlook the beautiful emerald green gulf waters.
You will love the beautiful, unobstructed views of sunrises & sunsets. Stores and restaurants are just steps away, while the kitchen is fully equipped for those cozy nights. There is plenty of dinnerware as well as a built-in dishwasher in the kitchen. A washer and dryer is also located in a hallway closet. BEACHFRONT MASTER WITH PRIVATE BALCONY!!

Summary: Overall the condo was a great place for our annual family getaway to PCB! The place was clean when we arrived and Seth allowed us to checkin a few hours early, which was great! Seth was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze. The condo is spacious and we loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom with plenty of linens! The property is amazing (we've stayed at Emerald Beach for 4 or 5 years now), and this is by far the largest condo we've stayed in! The pools were lovely, as we were there during a few double red flag days and my kids appreciated having something to do! The biggest complaints that I have are the fact that the stove burners are VERY uneven, making it difficult to cook large meals for our family. There are no oven mits and only two dish towels. There is minimal silverware and very few drinking glasses that weren't coffee mugs or the big plastic ones from local restaurants. The kitchen tables and chairs, TVs (they arent smart TVs and we struggled to get them to work), as well as the balcony furniture left much to be desired and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay here again - just plan to bring the things I need for in the kitchen and hope that it gets a few minor upgrades before our next stay!.
