Splendid house of more than 350 m°, with garden, private pool, covered and furnished terrace facing south. Located in Guadalix de la Sierra in the Sierra Norte de Madrid. It has six bedrooms with capacity for 16 people + a baby, three bathrooms, two with bath and one with shower, dining room with fireplace, television, satellite dish, Interior with designer furniture and all luxury of details, covered terrace, wood barbecue and semi-covered pool.

It has a swimming pool open from April to October,
The pool also has a glass cover that opens or closes depending on the season, making a greenhouse effect and increasing the water temperature by 7 degrees, which lengthens the pool season and makes it possible to enjoy a very pleasant temperature regardless of the weather outside.
Very quiet mountain area where you can relax and enjoy nature with wonderful views of the Sierra Norte de Madrid from every window and where you can visit beautiful villages such as Manzanares del Real or Miraflores de la Sierra.
