Positive: I liked that the place was updated and newer. The pool was a great place to hang out, and the work out facility was cool too for an apartment complex.
Negative: Quite a few things- Biggest one- the address. I mean cmon- list the right one. I came to town for a hair show. Upon looking for places to stay I chose this location as it was across the street from the convention center (per the address listed - on Essex Dr- but upon arriving I received an address TWENTY minutes away from everything. We had to drive through many tolls to go to Epic, universal city walk, the convention center, downtown Disney, etc. Again 20-30 minutes from anything we wanted to do when the address was listed within minutes from those things. Kitchen: 1. Not a lot of dishes provided. Gave ya a set of 2 for plastic and 2 glass bowls and 1 glass plate. What if you had another guest, or we stayed multiple days, as we did, we would have to wash dishes every day. 2. No barstools to sit at the counter and eat Living room: 1. There was no coffee table to enjoy while watching a movie or eating. Laundry: Normally when I stay at a place, at least one laundry pod or something is provided so we can do at least one load during our stay. Bedroom: No nightstands so we can charge our phones or set things down. Sorry to be picky but I mean IKEA is close by and they’re like $10-15. Bathroom: The shower door (glass sliding barn door type) never stayed shut. We shut it one way, would slide all the way open, switched it to see if that would help but it slide back open half way. The whole top sliding mechanism was not leveled and you can see it. We had to stuff a towel in between the gap of the doors in the shower for it to stay shut. Due to this not being leveled the door wouldn’t be leveled to the wall so there was a gap there was water spitting out on the floor. Now I’m not one to leave “bad” reviews. I am a business owner and I travel for work- I have not been as disappointed as I am with this stay. It worked but some of these things you have to think about “if I stayed there would I like how this is set up, or enjoyable as a guest?”.
Summary: It did the job for what we needed but there were some disappointments.
