This New house is ready for you to enjoy excellent family vacations located in a very quiet neighborhood it has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and half a bathroom. The downstairs provides an open floor plan with a comfortable living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to create any dish you desire. There is also a fully loaded coffee bar ready for your use. Each bedroom Listed has an xtra Twin XL rollout bed in each closet for extra guest. The home is large enough to host large groups.
Conveniently located within a short distance from all of Tampa’s main attractions.
Restaurants, shopping malls, nightclubs, bar/pubs, art centers, bicycle trails, beautiful parks and bay views between 5 - 10 minutes away. Home is 8 mins from the Airport and 10 mins away from Raymond James Stadium. Downtown is also just 12-15 mins away. Floridas top rated beaches are 25-35mins away. This Location is perfect!!
The main suite is downstaits and the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
