As soon as you enter the grand foyer, there is a sense of opulence, luxury and complete privacy in this home.
The expansive floorplan offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of wow factor.

The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite and windows that allow the perfect morning view of the sparkling pool. The other three bedrooms are in another wing of the property ensuring the ideal set up for families and or friends.
For the home chef, the designer kitchen is top of the line and features a range of luxury inclusions such as Caesar stone benches, high-end stainless steel appliances and a gas cook top to make catering for everyone a delight.
Outside you are immediately drawn to the 20 metre lap pool, outdoor kitchen positioned on a dining deck with an extendable awning ensuring year round all weather comfort. At the other end of the property is a pavilion that is an oasis and an entertainers dream and it leads directly to the pool.
The property also features a double lock-up garage and a large grassed front garden.

Summary: The house was in a labrynth of back streets with cars littered either side of the road it was impossible to get through. While relaxing with two of my guests we noticed mold on the fabric head and foot of the bed frame. So they slept on the couch, which was comfortable. The house was flooded with gas every time the hot water heater reheated and smelled disgusting. You had to close all the windows. Upon leaving, my suitcase had become home to an infestation of ants and when I reported this to property management they said that ants often do that when it rains. The pool was nice though.
