Summary: Great house,wonderful responsive host. Cozy, well equiped , comfortable house. We did have some loud barking dogs next door. Kate did engage the HOA to help quiet the dogs and purchased a bark deterrent device to help restore peace. She also replaced the microwave the day after it failed. We were welcomed with a big bag of freshly picked oranges! es. She answered all our questions quickly. Thus the 5 star rating. Comfy beds, tons of linens and supplies! On the downside, our extended cab tuck did not fit in garage or driveway. With no street parking, we stuck out into the street. the community seemed a bit exclusive to me, in that the dog park does not allow non residents. The Community Center does not allow renters to purchase a pool pass, and even the City Parks has tons of signage stating it is for residents. None of this is under the hosts control though. We did find friendly shops and restaurants, and only a short distance to Lake Pleasant rec area, and the Living History Museum. We did enjoy our time there!
