The Art House in Denver's chic Golden Triangle neighborhood is a 6-story masterpiece built around a central grand staircase illuminated by a glass rooftop. Top floor roof deck and 5th and 6th floor mountain view decks with comfy outdoor furniture for sunset views and gatherings.
Stunning architecture and high end furniture/finishes throughout; the house is fully stocked for a luxury stay. Huge, gourmet main kitchen with high-end appliances (double ovens) and breakfast/casual dining area, plus two kitchenettes (bar fridges; one with microwave) on other floors. Living room has a smart TV, gas fireplace, and soaring ceiling with enormous windows overlooking the private, interior courtyard and garden patio.
This is a 6000+ sq foot residence with a separate library/office, formal dining room and a sitting/music room with piano. High end furnishings, art throughout the house, with multiple areas to gather, to work or to seek out a private, quiet place to relax. Two of the bedrooms have their own living room/den areas for work or lounging.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths and multiple gathering and private work/resting areas with sofas, daybeds, desks, etc the townhouse is ideal for large family groups, girlfriends getaways and corporate brainstorming or out of town convention employee accommodations - there is large white board available for brainstorming sessions - as well as luxury, romantic and cultural stays for couples and groups of friends. Walkable to downtown, Larimer Square and Union Station, and the ball parks; Red Rocks is a 20 min drive.
