There is a desk, monitor, an office chair, and plenty of light flowing through the glass doors. You'll find a brand new grill (compatible with gas and charcoal) and a table with seating for 8 is available to enjoy outdoor dining and sip on your coffee or wine. We've recently added an additional lounging set for 8 so there is plenty of space! There is also plenty of grassy space for yard games and a large tree to provide shade. This area is completely fenced in to give you a sense of privacy that is often hard to find in the city.

CLEANING: Our cleaners follow an enhanced cleaning protocol to provide a clean and safe space for your visit. A starter pack will be provided with all stays and includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are available for use on site.
CAMERAS: Cameras are in use at the front door, back porch and side of property for your safety. Any tampering with, removing, disconnecting, moving, or covering equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation and removal without refund.
