Our house is a lovely modern and luxurious place to relax and enjoy the City views. There are 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and great living room area too. , 9-13 mins to Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club.

Summary: Spent a week here, lovely spacious house (4 double rooms and one room with a bunk bed), beds and pillows very comfortable. Great view of Melbourne CBD (especially as we got back just on the stroke of midnight of new years day and watched the Melbourne fireworks - very exciting atmosphere with a lot of neighbours from the area coming to watch the display. Good sized kitchen, dinner, lounge. My only gripe was the service and cleanliness, however, I've passed on my views, so hopefully these will be recitifed before anyone else stays and, hopefully has a great time. The food shops (IGA) and coffee shops are close by, about 20 mins walk or 5 mins in the car. A good tip if you are visiting the CBD is to park in the Melbourne Museum car park, but make sure you arrive before 10am then it is only 14 Australian dollars for the day, otherwise if you arrive after 10am you are charged a lot per hour. A must see are: Phillip Island - world's smallest penguins coming to shore at sunset; Werribee Stateley Home; Melbourne museum; wander around the CBD; Victoria Market; The Treasury. The trams are easy to use and free if you ride the ones within the cbd. Overall a great holiday and great location
