Summary: The building was in a convenient location, but I would not recommend walking around outside alone, especially at night. We found broken glass in our reserved parking area. The apartment appeared to be clean, but the walls and ceiling fans could use a good scrubbing- since the fans were flinging dust when you turned them on. We were only given 2 washcloths and 4 towels for our 3 guests- but thankfully- the host dropped some off on our third night. He was very responsive to messages. The linens appeared to have been washed, but still had hair on them from prior guests. The beds were comfortable, with basic linens. There was only enough hot water for 1.5 showers, so I would plan accordingly if you have more than a couple of showers in the morning. The coffee pot was an older, regular brew ( not a Keurig)- it worked, but was a little slow. The second room did not have TV, but a hole in the wall where one used to be. They provided small travel sized toiletries, and a sample of dish soap/laundry detergents- which was nice. You may need more if you're staying longer. This stay could have been improved with just a few small things, such as- better quality & cleaner bed & bath linen, Kleenex, better quality paper towels/TP and patio furniture on the balcony. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, especially for the convenient location near the Convention Center.
