This listing consists of our carriage house and guest cottage, which sleep up to 6, and are tailored to help you make your island experience memorable.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located near surfside neighborhood of Nantucket. This family-friendly area is frequented by locals and visitors alike looking to explore the streets and the beach. The center has small shops, restaurants, and markets, only 15 minutes from our residence. The shoreline is easily accessible by several neighboring beaches, and downtown Nantucket is just a short bike ride away via the Surfside and Milestone Road Paths.
Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. There are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals near our home; Island Bike Company Inc. and Easy Rider Bicycle Rentals. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Hertz Rentals is about a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Nantucket is just a shuttle or 20 min bike ride from our home, so you can go from beach to town in no time. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.
DISCLAIMER: There is currently a new development being built behind our home. There may be some noise around the home during the day due to this.
Hot tub operating hours stop at 9:30pm. This is due to a local noise ordinance that as a host I must abide by.

This listing has an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the Premises. As part of the booking process, Guest(s) will be required to complete a guest verification process prior to receiving any check-in information pertaining to the Premises. The booking Guest will be required to provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. Guest(s) will be required to review and sign an Agreement with the Host. Cash App or any pre-paid debit cards are not acceptable methods of payment. This is not a pet-friendly property. Mailing packages to the Premises is not permitted. We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
